Size Exchange
First Order
We offer one complimentary size exchange on your first order with House of Shlok.
- Raise your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking update
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Reverse pickup and redelivery will be handled by us at no additional cost
- Exchange is subject to size availability
Subsequent Orders
For all orders after your first, size exchanges are available at a flat shipping fee of ₹500.
- Same 48-hour window applies from confirmed delivery
- Same condition requirements apply
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace it at no cost, regardless of order number.
- Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns, refunds, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. We strongly recommend consulting our team before purchasing to ensure the right size and fit.
Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders
Customised and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange.
International Orders
Exchanges available for size issues only. All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
