Dry clean only. This top is structured with internal boning — avoid pressure or force that may cause the boning to bend. Should the boning lose its shape, it can be restored with a firm press under a heavy iron. Built-in cups are delicate — avoid compressing or rough handling to preserve their form. Store flat or hung, never folded at the chest. Keep away from perfume, deodorant, and sharp jewellery.

We offer size-based exchanges only — no returns or refunds.
DOMESTIC:
First order: Free exchange. Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery (as confirmed by tracking). Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed with all tags intact. We handle pickup and redelivery at no cost.
Subsequent orders: Exchange available at ₹500 flat shipping fee. Same 48-hour window and conditions apply.
Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll replace it at no cost, regardless of order number.
INTERNATIONAL:
Size exchanges are available for international customers, but the shipping charges need to be borne by the Customer.
Custom and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange.

Free standard shipping across India. Standard orders dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Express shipping available on select styles at ₹500 — dispatched within 1 business day, delivered within 3 business days across India.
Custom size orders are on standard shipping only and are not eligible for express.
International: ₹3,000 for 1 item, +₹1,000 per additional item. Customs duties borne by customer.
