Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
- We offer exchange only in case of size mismatch.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is subject to size availability.
Domestic Orders (India)
- We offer one-time free exchange for size issues.
- Reverse pickup and re-shipping will be handled by us at no additional cost.
International Orders
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues only.
- Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for sending the product back and for re-delivery.
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes must also be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is placed.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange.
